Accommodation: The LE VILLARET chalet is a modern construction from 2010, is located in Villaret, 1km from Grand-Bornand, its shops and the departure of the cable cars. With three levels and a surface area of 145m², the chalet can sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The garage on the ground floor can be used to store skis and other equipment. A washing machine and a sink equip the laundry room. On the first floor, there is a large open room which gives access to the terrace with a closed kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area as well as a WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The dining room is equipped with a large table and enough equipment for 8 people. On this same floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed with its shower room. The living room is equipped with a large comfortable sofa. A television/DVD player, an internet connection, as well as books and board games. A large bay window gives access to the balcony which faces south-west, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains with garden table and chair as well as a hammock! On the second floor, the chalet has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other is a child's bedroom with a mezzanine with a double bed (not recommended for children under 6 years old) and two single beds. Both of these bedrooms have access to a south-facing balcony. On the landing, there is a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The owners require that their chalet remains a non-smoking place. The chalet is heated by a wood pellet boiler. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in good condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
